I have this thing where I forget other people grow up. Like when my cousins and their partners announced their pregnancies this last spring, my head snapped back so fast that it made the owls blush. When did they grow up enough that THEY were having babies?

Then I remember it’s been a few years.

We got to visit my cousin Maddie and her fiance Chris’ sweet little baby at her baby blessing. Oh she is a beauty.

Her mom and her fiance’s mom put on the loveliest waffle bar and snacks

It was a big party!

Little Arrow was the best waffle-maker-helper!! She’s so quick to notice when someone could use an extra hand. Love that about her.

On that same side of the family, my cousin Gavin and his wife Sam had a baby of their own, too! These pics are from my mom’s birthday which I’ll share soon. But check out their darling boy.

He’s such a handsome little man. I also love how the great-grandparents are gazing in at the youngest member of the family 🙂

I think these two Beckstead babies are only a month apart!
