My sibbies and I got together to plan a surprise party for our mom.

Everyone had an assignment. Dad & Kaye planned and cooked the menu; Cami was in charge of mocktails and parfaits; I arranged the decorations; and Kylee kept Mom out of the house while we put together the meal.

Didn’t it come out so good? Mom was so surprised! She had no clue it was coming. It helps that we hosted the brunch an entire week before Mother’s Day 🙂

With tummies happily filled, we all headed downtown SLC to visit Mom’s happy place: the Tracey Aviary!

Look at these weird tree flamingos.

Maybe it’s the water flamingos that are the weird ones, though.
