little happy moments of May 🙂
I can’t remember why I was laughing here, but I remember Arrow and I eating a bunch of cookies way too late at night. Happy times with my girlie ❤

Just hanging out, waiting for his turn with the brain cell.

I sure love this kitty cat.
This great nurse entertaining these little boys while we waited for the physical therapist (hip readjustment for me)

The kids saved up their quarters to buy themselves ice cream cones 🙂

Spontaneous picnic at a random park Taylor found:

Sooo much good food!

Love how these kids play together… from going down the slide:

to rolling through dandelion “villages” (as Archer has been calling the large weed patches 🙂 )

Arrow drew this impressive bible scene. Can you guess what story she’s depicting?

Answer: Moses and the plagues!
We got to babysit one of our very favorite toddlers. This view totally shook me. Once upon a time, it was my toddler Arrow in the seat while the big kids oohed over her. Now she’s the one admiring the stroller child!

Oh boy I am not ready for her to get any bigger!
One of my favorite board games with Taylor:

The church in our neighborhood had a community 5K run. Taylor and I were feeling pretty huffy with each other for some reason or another, so we split up on different routes. It took running 3 miles and a plate of potluck BBQ, but we were able to blow off steam and finally have a great time together. I don’t think I got a picture of Tay and I for this, but here’s Archer showing off a cookie:

And Sander feeling mischievously proud as he barreled through unsuspecting groups of people on his tricycle 😉

May was a pretty intense month with graduation, visiting Virginia, announcing our move to Texas, and then normal end of year school stuff. It was a doozy but it was a good one 🙂
