My Uncle Darren called me up one fine saturday morning and asked if the kids and I wanted to join him and my mom at a bird / nature reserve.

Yes, yes we would.

With kids in tow, we quickly made our way over to the reserve, stopping to admire the bird houses along the way.

And a quick browse through the little free library 🙂

This picture is incorrectly peaceful, as these 3 were doing everything they could to sneak away from my gaze to splash into the murky water.

Exploring the paved woods with Grammy:

We probably got diseases over this “pet” feather that the kids found. Once everyone took a turn licking it, Arrow and Archer buckled it safely home so their friends could also have a chance to develop bird flu.

Such a lovely morning to spend with family. Thanks guys for the invite! (And also thank you Darren for the jacket lol)
